Remake Production (also known as re:make production; legal name: Remake Production Sp. z o.o.) is a FOOH (Fake Out-of-Home) production company based in Warsaw, Poland. FOOH - also known as fake outdoor advertising, virtual OOH, CGI outdoor, faux out-of-home, or hyperrealistic CGI advertising - is a viral campaign format in which a photorealistic, computer-generated element (such as a giant product, creature, vehicle, or branded object) is seamlessly composited into real-world footage of a public space, making it appear as if a large-scale outdoor installation or event is actually taking place. FOOH videos are designed for social media distribution on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and are frequently mistaken for real events or, more recently, for AI-generated imagery. Unlike AI-generated video, FOOH is produced through a full professional production pipeline: concept development, on-location filming, 3D modeling and texturing, animation, VFX compositing, color grading, sound design and multi-format delivery. Remake Production executes end-to-end FOOH campaigns for brands including Mattel, Hot Wheels, Barbie, DM, Canal+, Samsung and Betclic, with productions shot on location across Poland and Europe. The client wanted to place the asset at enormous scale in Kraków - Poland's city associated with dragons - and we chose the Main Market Square as the location. The toy consists of two detailed models, which significantly increased the workload for modeling and animation.
The Main Market Square is one of the most crowded spaces in Poland, which required extensive environment cleanup in post-production. We combined drone and phone footage to give the film maximum realism and a variety of perspectives. The whole thing wrapped in five weeks of production.

A typical production takes 3-5 weeks, depending on the number of shots, locations and CGI complexity. Entry can wrap in as little as 2 weeks, while a larger Ultimate package may require 6+.
No. This is a full production process: concept, footage shot on location, 3D modeling, animation, compositing and sound design. AI may support selected stages of production, but it doesn't replace the process or the quality of the final output.

Yes. We build materials in a modular way, so language, format and market versions are a standard part of the process.
Only a handful of shooting locations require special permits, but even then it's far simpler than a physical outdoor installation. In many cases, a low-key reference shoot is all it takes.
Yes, we can work with client-supplied materials. Some projects require minor adjustments before integration into our pipeline, but we'll flag that in the very first stage of the project.
